Mindset
Consistency is a skill, not a personality trait.
A practical system for making training repeatable, even when motivation is low and life gets busy.
Motivation is useful, but it is unreliable. A better training system makes the next action obvious and small enough to begin. Consistency grows when you remove decisions, keep the first step simple, and let progress create its own momentum.\n\nStart with a minimum session you can complete on an ordinary day. Ten focused minutes count. A short workout protects the habit and makes it easier to return tomorrow. When you have more energy, you can always do more.\n\nTrack the actions you control: starting the session, completing clean reps, and returning after a missed day. REPEX uses daily plans, streak feedback, and visible progress to make those actions easier to repeat.\n\nThe goal is not a perfect run. The goal is a system that survives imperfect weeks. Reduce friction, begin before you feel ready, and let each completed session become evidence that you are someone who trains.
